Open Claude on a computer, at claude.ai or in the desktop app.Phones are fine for chatting, but the install is easier on a computer.
Go to Settings, then Capabilities, and turn on Code execution.Skills need it. It's free on every plan.
In the same place, find Skills and upload voice-file.zip.Upload the zip as it is. Don't unzip it.
