• When you sign up for a free guide or our emails: your name and email.
• When you message one of our Instagram accounts: your username and the messages you send.
• When you use the training platform: your login and which lessons you have completed.
• When you email us: your email and what you write to us.

Why we use it

• To give you access to what you bought.
• To send you the emails you signed up for.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To keep the purchase records the law asks us to keep.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the business for us: our checkout, email and course platform (Systeme.io), our payment provider, and the tools that handle our Instagram messages. We never sell your data.

Emails

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you stop getting them.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the reasons above, and for purchase records, as long as the law requires.

Your rights
