Install it in four steps

1. Open Claude on a computer, at claude.ai or in the desktop app.Phones are fine for chatting, but the install is easier on a computer.
2. Go to Settings, then Capabilities, and turn on Code execution.Skills need it. It's free on every plan.
3. In the same place, find Skills and upload one-sunday-week.zip.Upload the zip as it is. Don't unzip it.
4. Open a new chat and type plan my week

No Voice File yet? The skill builds one with you first, in about five minutes. If you have one, attach it to the chat.

Every Sunday after that

1. Type plan my week and attach last week's file.That file is how it avoids repeating a hook or an angle.
2. Answer three questions and pick your three angles.
3. Download your week and post from it.
